The answer is that you are being met, write down the phone number and call my brother back. After 20-25 minutes, my brother arrived and took me to the hotel for the agreed $ 10. Emin, part 2. Payment for the hotel. He says I can change rubles at a good exchange rate and you will pay for the hotel. A wonderful offer and we fell for it. With a minimum exchange rate of 170 som per ruble, he exchanged at a "good rate" for 145. Suddenly it turned out that you need to add another $ 8 to the price of the hotel. As a result, instead of the price indicated on the website at 3,500 rubles, they gave away more than 5,000. Emin, part 3. Offered to help buy train tickets to Bukhara. I observe his calculations - amounts of 1,000,000 SOM + 15%. I ask the question, what is the 15%, is responsible, it's for help, for printing. Two tickets are out 1 000 000 + 150 000 catfish and all this multiplied by the "good" course from Emin... Postponed the purchase of tickets for the next day and purchased 2 tickets for less than 500,000 SOM. We left the hotel in the morning and tried to return to it as late as possible.
