Hilton hotels chain is one of the 1st 5star hotels opened in Tashkent. Nice location, in the center, adjacent to Tashkent city park, underground station, restaurants, leisure areas. The hotel itself is a newly constructed. Later there is coming Tashkent city mall, most probably the biggest one in Uzb.

One of the best hotel in the city! Located in the heart of the modern part of the Tashkent. Highly recommend.

The staff and security treat people by their looks. If you are dressed simple, they tend to ask you to show your bag.
Getting to the hotel in a cab is problematic as in the entrance the security charges extra money for the entrance to the hotel, ridiculously stupid.
There is a restaurant on 21st floor which is pretty good, however the attitude of them doing a favor kills any desire to stay there again.

A nice, new hotel in a cool place in Tashkent. It is good for business, shopping and recreation. There is a lot of activity in the hotel, a restaurant with a panoramic view upstairs. The room sleeps well, comfortable shower, blackout
To be honest, the attitude to small things is so-so ... the toilet seat was broken in the room, the kettle was not washed, for some reason they cleaned the room when I asked not to do this ... the restaurant brought the wrong thing that I ordered, the waiter, along with empty dishes, for some reason threw out a pack of business cards ... and did not return ... the employee on at the door of the hotel, he did not know English at the level of simple questions…

Nice hotel, great location. I lived in a room on the 11th floor, great view of the city, panoramic windows. A good coffee machine, a comfortable bed and linen. He sleeps well.
The toilet has a large full-length window, there are blinds, for some reason they were open. Weak water pressure. He lived in a room with a shared vestibule for two rooms. Zero sound insulation of the entrance door, you always know exactly the time of arrival / departure of your neighbors, but do we need this knowledge ...)

The hotel is wonderful! Just a delight!
I was on a work train in Tashkent, traveling without much expectation to the hotel.
I was pleasantly surprised!
Everything is fine, from the rooms to the service. The location is convenient near Tashkent city. The rooms are modern and in excellent condition. The design solutions are excellent. The buffet breakfast is pleasant, lots of fresh fruits, a choice for every taste. The spa and pool are beyond praise. The rooms are also well cleaned. I recommend

I have been to Tashkent City many times, and overall the place is very pleasant: beautiful people, neatness, cleanliness — everything is at a good level. However, there are two serious problems that spoil the impression.
1. Security work
The guards behave very rudely towards the locals. Their behavior depends on a person's clothes and status, not on normal communication. There is no human attitude, they look down on themselves, they allow themselves rudeness. Obviously, such work by the security service is the fault of the leadership, because if the authorities allow such an attitude, it means they approve of it.
Solution:
• It is necessary to replace the head guard who allows such behavior.
• Provide staff training on the rules of communication with visitors.
2. Parking problem
Parking in Tashkent City is paid (20,000 soums), but:
• They don't give you a receipt unless you ask.
• The security guards who are in charge of parking are rude and disrespectful.
Foreigners are smiled at, while locals are considered disenfranchised.
Tashkent City could be a great place for everyone, but poor security and parking create an unpleasant impression. If the administration does not solve these problems, the reputation of this place will deteriorate.

An excellent hotel in the center of Tashkent, very friendly staff, always ready to help and friendly, which certainly pleased me. Nice new rooms with a wonderful view. The service is excellent, the staff is polite, the food is delicious, the view is wonderful of the city and the park, the rooms are clean, large and beautiful, located in the city center there is a metro nearby and many passing buses, the breakfasts and menus are some of the best in different halls and restaurants of this hotel. A large conference room. Beautiful foyer for a photo shoot. Always fresh flowers, wonderful atmosphere. It's a great location for business meetings. I recommend. If one of the disadvantages is parking. Especially on holidays and weekends. Otherwise, the location, the service is top.
