A good hotel for one night but no more. Albert is a nice man! The rooms themselves look good, but the window in room 3 was not fully closed and thus the noise from the street (it is below us) was felt strongly - the earplugs were saved. The second time we stayed in room 4 and the maid, before our arrival, sprayed half a bottle of men's perfume on all the textile places in the room, which made it unbearable to sleep, but we were very tired and were able to cope with it. In general, if we talk about a mini-hotel, everything is super, but some points need to be adjusted and it will be super. The price is average for Yerevan

Excellent hotel, rooms are quite fresh, lots of light, air conditioning, smoking room. I recommend it to everyone. Great sunset from the window. Late check-in is possible. Timely cleaning. Disadvantages: Far away shops
