In general, the clinic is not bad, although the building is still Soviet. The star was removed due to the lack of a wheelchair lift. It was a bit difficult to climb to the 2nd floor.

I was treated by a Smolskaya doctor (211 Kab), a free department.
they give me a ticket at the reception, I come in advance, and the doctor expels me from the office with the words "you used to go to someone else, I'm not your site at all and I won't accept you." Another person took my place.
through the registry, I got a trip from the head, only there I was told for the first time in 3 years that it was desirable (but not necessary) to go to the same doctor, and not take coupons to different ones.
at the same time, it is worth noting that that dentist-therapist was still obliged to accept me, since there was a ticket issued by the registry.
as a result, they were sent to her. I had to wait another 30 minutes for the Smolskaya doctor to finish treating the man who took my time instead of me.
Then it was just hell.
she gave me an anaesthetic and apparently not correctly. it turned out that the anesthesia had not yet begun to act, as the doctor began to drill the tooth.
It was incredibly painful. the doctor DID NOT RESPOND to my screams and crying. when I asked her if it was normal at all, the doctor said that "well... it happens." at the same time, I cried, screamed, I was shaking and the doctor saw it, but ignored it.
after the doctor finished drilling, she did not wash the mouth of the tooth crumbs. She put a seal on it and told me to get out.
I am writing this review an hour after the introduction of anesthesia. she was injected into me at 12.55, the anesthesia fully began to work only at 13.20, when I already left the doctor. the anesthesia went to the ear and eye. I strongly advise against this doctor.

Not to mention the paid services. For 120 rubles, I was cheated out of the door, while being invited to the office 20 minutes later than my entry was. They tried to get me to pay for other paid services, and all the time they were working, sighing heavily, they wailed at me: "what a heavy tooth, I don't know what can be done here" and all that sort of thing... They did it somehow. And thanks for that, as they say...
Unfortunately, this doctor has no sense of tact at all... Discussing other patients in an incorrect way, in front of another patient, I also do not consider it necessary and good... naturally, after such an attitude, there is no desire to use the paid services of this clinic... Although, again, I do not exclude the possibility that there are other good doctors in the paid department. There are nice women at the reception desk. There are no questions for them.

I came by yesterday because I had a toothache. I was expecting to have an 8-tooth drill. But the intern said: "You have nothing left of your tooth... And you have pus in your tooth... And it's hard for me to reach the 8th tooth... Therefore, we will delete it!"

When removing 8 teeth, I was injected with 2 injections of a "type of painkiller" into my mouth and began to pull with forceps by the tooth pinching the skin on my face with forceps. The intern noticed that I was in pain and told her supervisor, the senior intern surgeon. He said: "Pull harder... Men are all gentle!" She injected 1 more injection, but it didn't help. While she was pulling my 8th tooth, tears involuntarily flowed from my eyes like a stream, but it did not bother her.
A few years earlier, an experienced surgeon with magnifying glasses removed a tooth in the same office at my request. There was no pain when he did it. There was only a crunch. He even tried to persuade me to go drill.
Corruption is rampant in this clinic: in the offices where 1 doctor receives, they offer to give a bribe (at a price of 80-115 rubles in paid services for a seal, they offer to make a seal for 50-60 rubles in the same free office), having previously informed that the materials in the free offices are bad and give a phone number to illegally carry out treatment.

I would not have believed that I would ever be delighted with a polyclinic, especially a state one. The day before yesterday I applied for acute pain.
The problem tooth was found quickly and I had no doubt that it was an eight. As it turned out later with a through hole.
They sent me to the surgeon for removal. He examined it very carefully. I sent it to the snapshot. He explained very competently how he would delete it and what could happen.
The first dose of pain relief was weak, the doctor checked before pulling out whether the anesthesia was working well and injected another one. Almost without discomfort, this gray tooth was pulled out for me...... And he even gave it to me (if you can call it a tooth.
I've been suffering with him for 2 years, now it hurts, now it doesn't hurt. I was afraid of dentists for 20 years - it turned out in vain, it was possible to pull out a long time ago and not suffer.
Unfortunately, I did not ask how the head of the surgeon was. The young guy is 19 years old, very positive.
It's a pity that you can't put 6 stars here.
