In general, it is very good.
Almost everything is delicious (I didn't like the gnocchi from the word at all - a handful of wallpaper glue, and a hard steak). Otherwise, it is very decent - good drinks and dishes, pleasant interior, polite receptionist, live music, a nice summer terrace with a mini playground.
From the nuances (I compare it with Minsk):
- the waiter forgot to bring the order, the menu, got confused, brought the wrong drinks;
- water flowed in a continuous stream in the toilet, the door did not close;
- when booking a table, they did not warn about the paid entrance;
- it is not clear when the live music ends (the singer performed the last song, as it turned out, and left in English).
All this did not spoil the overall impression, I will come back again, hopefully without nuances)

I highly recommend not wasting time visiting this place. From the restaurant, only the name and perhaps the prices.
They write about poor service, we were lucky: the waiter came up herself, brought the menu, accepted the order and everything was pretty fast. According to the composition of the dish, the answer was very vague.
As a result, the overall impression of the food is 3 out of 10. The hodgepodge is liquid and cooked in the morning, something floated there that was too soft, like soaked bread; paella with seafood is terrible, solid rice with sweet pepper from the freezer, four shrimps and two shells with mussels (per serving 650g) serving according to the classics, but ugly. For 42p!!
Dessert Anna Pavlova dried meringue, unstable cream.
There are leftovers from previous visitors with a child under the table.
If it were an inexpensive cafe, then no questions asked, but here you want more.

The impression of this establishment was spoiled in the summer due to the level of service below the baseboard.
We decided to check yesterday, maybe something has changed. We went to a business lunch.
Yes, it has changed. It got even worse.
No one greets you at the entrance, and no one escorts you to your place. The menu must wait. At least they didn't mess up with the order this time, but the food itself discouraged any desire to return here in the foreseeable future.
1. Latte coffee. It will do, but it can be much better.
2. Salad. Obviously left over from yesterday. It floated on mud instead of being freshly refueled. Actually, I should have gotten up and left, but I stayed.
3. Czech chicken. Dry and chewy. Perhaps she died a natural death, and after cooking she was reheated several times.
4. French-style meat. Some meat, lots of potatoes. Filled with cheese and baked to a hard crust on this cheese. The oil was also overcooked, most likely, because after this dish there was also heartburn.
As a result, I didn't like anything from the order.
After lunch, we waited for the waitress for another 10 minutes. We didn't wait. Let's go pay for the bar ourselves. It turns out that the waitresses are sitting in a booth there and chatting sweetly with each other instead of watching the room. The bartender looked at us for those 10 minutes and kind of should have seen that we were done, but he didn't say anything to the waitresses.
In general, as it was at the level of a third-rate roadside eatery, it remains so. Perhaps this explains the fact that 1 day before the New Year, they have an announcement that there are still free places.

Delicious food for little money. The order consisted of six dishes and two drinks, the check was about 120 bun. Polite waitress and fast food delivery. We waited for our first courses for less than 10 minutes, then it was clearly served as soon as it was ready.
The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, warm colors create a cozy atmosphere.

I want to share an unpleasant impression. Moreover, it became doubly unpleasant due to the fact that I wanted to get into this restaurant for a long time, because I had heard good reviews.
So, we decided to give mom a birthday present and booked a table in advance. Moreover, they clarified that on the birthday of the birthday boy there is a discount on the account.
The first impression when we entered the restaurant was that there was no receptionist at all, no one met us, and no one showed us a table. I had to catch at least someone after waiting 10 minutes. The bartender couldn't help in any way, we had to catch the waitress, who just waved her hand towards the table. We brought a cake with us (for which we paid the cork fee).
We waited a long time for someone to come up to us to take the order. But no, I had to go to the bar and ask the bartender to call the waitress (who, by the way, worked for the whole room alone and just periodically went to the bartender to chat, apparently, we have no other explanation why she was sitting there). The waitress then came over and took the order. They waited. About 15 minutes later, she came and informed us that one of the dishes was missing. Then 15 minutes later she came to inform us that there was no more dish. When they approached us for the third time, it was both funny and not very funny.
They asked me to take out the cake. The cake was brought. And why do we need plates and spoons, what did we come up with, really?
And the most unpleasant moment was that not only did they not count the discount in the receipt, but they didn't even offer it, even though they knew it was our name day. It's a pity, we remembered about it after we left. And we also left tea. The most unpleasant impression about the restaurant remained. Never set foot in here again. Half of the assortment is missing, the waiter doesn't know about it, and every time I had to call her to a table through the bartender.
Two stars just for the fact that the kitchen is really not bad.

I definitely won't visit this place anymore. There were always questions about this institution, but I decided to try my luck again. The result: starting from the service and ending with the serving of dishes - 2 points on a 10-point scale. We booked a table with my husband in advance, we agreed to order hot food on the spot. No one brought the menu. At the request, they brought it, but no one came up to us for 20 minutes in an empty restaurant to take the order. I had to look for the waiters myself and ask them to take the order.
The dishes are dirty.
The burrata turned out to be not a burrata at all, the waiter took the dish to the kitchen, but then brought it back with the glory "this is such a burrata, it's only 2 days old." There were only cartilages in the beef patty, it was impossible to chew, the poached egg looked more like a soft-boiled egg🤦♀️

They asked for the second time to bring the main thing. And then they decided to offer us to order manti, since we had already asked for the main course, it's not clear what… The tables are dirty, there are no napkins, the spices are dirty and rusty, ugh. Food and drinks: Americano was brought without foam, as if it had stood for 10 minutes. It doesn't taste good. The cappuccino looked good. The waiter brought it to each mug without asking about sugar, why if we didn't ask? I ordered borata with tomatoes and tom yam. The cheese seems to be overexposed. It was too dry and hard. The balsamic sauce was literally smeared all over the plate. The dish looks strange. There were not enough spices and the cheese was questionable, it was not tasty.
The shrimp in that pit could have been cleaned normally. And then one is peeled, the second is partially in the peel. You can pick at it with your hands in the soup. Not the best tom yam, about 3 out of 5.
Having put everything together, I do not recommend it. The service and food do not match the prices. Even at a gas station, you can get much better service by buying just coffee.

The price of non-alcoholic wine was searched by all the staff, it was not indicated in the wine list at all.
Employees allow themselves to huddle, gossip, bazaar, in a word.
There are also questions about the kitchen:it was impossible to cut the steak with a knife, let alone chew, the grilled vegetables were sour and softened, like boiled ones. Tartlets with caviar are just a laugh, three eggs on top.
There is also a huge problem with the women's toilet; it is just one, constant queues, jostling, dirty.
The only thing that pleased me was the music.

Tom Kha had some strange chicken giblets with skin instead of chicken. They also ordered risotto with strachatella and poached egg, and it tasted just dry boiled rice with boiled egg and almost boiled yolk, the cheese also vaguely resembled strachatella. Dishes were brought to the table of four people in a strange sequence, first she brought dishes to two, then they brought the second courses to the same people, two other people just waited for their first courses for another 20 minutes. The restaurant administrator deserves a separate comment. The girl just sat at the bar all the time, chatting with the bartender on some very fun topics. At that time, we applied for the bill twice, and both times were ignored. One of the advantages was a good fresh. In general, I do not want to recommend such an institution to visit. We had a rest in Polotsk, decided to visit this institution. How surprised I was that the bartenders did not respond at all to customer requests. How much they surprised me that there were no measuring utensils at all. They serve everyone at speed. Yes, the problem of the establishment is in a small bar. Do you want to grow up? Increase it and don't gather a crowd. Make two bars so that everyone works better. The bartenders also whispered and laughed as if we didn't understand something. The funny thing is that I worked as a senior bartender for a long time and I know what they were doing. I have my own establishment, and I was very surprised by the attitude towards the client. I guess I don't understand something and it's not the customers who bring you money. The experience is certainly not particularly pleasant. Probably, there is no competition in Polotsk and the service is not important to you at all. There is zero customer orientation! The guys consider themselves the best in this city and the fact that they can work like that on the eye, I ignore people. If the director or owner of this institution reads the review, I would like to say that the system of serving and working of the bar needs to be radically changed. I'm sure the leftist is running full tilt. Count the bar every day. This is the first time I've come across this. They do what they want, probably you have such a system of work and it brings you a plus and you drive good volumes, but quality suffers from this. I give a low rating because of this. If you contact me, I will give recommendations and complaints on how to fix it. I'll leave it like that for now. Minus, minus, minus. I won't visit this place anymore if I'm passing through. They refused to clean up, referring to the fact that tuna does not swim in Belarus and this is their cooking technology. The issue was resolved only at the mention of the book of complaints and suggestions.
She left hungry. Disgusting.
