A place where you become a little pancake yourself, because it is very tasty and satisfying :)
In two weeks in Samarkand, we had breakfast here four times. For the first time, we ate too much, because we had no idea the size of the portions and ordered a lot of everything. But it turned out that breakfast No. 1 can already be eaten by 85 percent, and then it remains only to have a cup of tea with pancakes or cheesecakes. Speaking of cheesecakes, here they cook the most lush and dense cheesecakes that I have seen! It also so happened that we came during Shrovetide week. In honor of the holiday, the institution had a complement in the form of pancakes or pancakes, which is very, very nice! And yes, when ordering tea, keep in mind: a kettle of tea of ≈750 ml will be brought immediately. I would also like to note the cozy interior, a little nostalgic and very sincere.
A small disadvantage: the room is quite compact and the tables and chairs are quite miniature. The young man and I (1.78 and 1.85 meters tall) felt somewhat like Gullivers in the land of midgets :)
I definitely recommend the place to visit!

The products are all fresh and delicious.
Of the desserts, the honey cake was fresh, like homemade, with a lot of cream, too sweet for my taste.
Communication with the staff is pleasant, but it was strange when the problem of the next table was solved by all three available waiters.

The food is delicious, the staff is good. They make semi-finished products to take away, but I did not try them because I was there for work for several days and almost always went to them for breakfast or lunch. The clients are all intelligentsia, family, foreigners or couples. The place is small, I would even say small, but very cozy. I put only 4 🌟 instead of the maximum value only for coffee. I'm not picky, I travel a lot for work, but coffee in any other place is elementary stronger (whether it's Americano, latte, cappuccino, etc., it doesn't depend on the recipe). It feels like a lot of liquid (water, milk, etc.) and very little coffee itself. I am a coffee lover with experience and in fact had to ask to put twice as much coffee per cup as they usually do.
And so an ideal place for breakfast, not a crowded place, very cozy, delicious food, well-deserved bill (except coffee of course).
I will be happy to return there again when I am in Samarkand.

Одно из немногих мест, где готовят вкусные блины и вареники в городе. Небольшой гостевой зал, но довольно уютный. Есть летняя площадка, но слишком близко расположенна к дороге. Цены средние, персонал отзывчивый. Года два-три назад была умеренная очередь. Сейчас посетителей поменьше и можно прийти в любое время, не бронируя столик (ну почти). Музыка в основном та, что идёт по ТВ. Большой компанией там не уместиться. Рассчитана на 1-5 персон. Есть так же домашняя выпечка.
В целом рекомендовано для посещения, если надоели шумные заведения и хочется домашней кухни.
Upd. Время приготовления больше часа. Цена за завтрак с 2мя блинами, салат и чай около 10$.

I liked the pancake with cheese.
Dumplings with cherries are good, but it's not clear why they put a piece of butter on top, usually they don't put butter on top of fruit dumplings, but they served cherry juice to cherry dumplings to pour on top, it was good.

To begin with, this is the best place to eat Russian cuisine (or an upgraded version) in Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan (I've been here for a year and a half and have been looking for a decent place for a long time). Now in order; the kitchen is mainly focused on pastries, breakfasts, light lunches and of course pancakes! Pancakes in all kinds are great. Неплохое заведение. Начнем по порядку.
+: Очень вкусные блины. Умопомрачительные сырники (их рекомендую попробовать каждому). Всё аккуратно. Весь персонал прекрасно владеет русским языком, что немаловажно и не во всех заведениях имеется.
-: действительно, заведение небольшое, в результате чего, мало столиков внутри. Снаружи тоже есть столики, ну и пусть недалеко от дороги, но это не самая оживленная улица.
И отдельным пунктом стоит отметить, что пельмени и вареники их производства можно купить с собой в виде полуфабрикатов. И будет кощунством не отметить то,что это очень вкусно.

The hall was empty. Небольшое заведение с очень вкусными блинами, к которым подаётся не менее вкусный джем или сметана...это не важно.
Хороший кофе, ароматный чай.
Прекраснейшие сырники.
Маленькие, но вкусные пельмени и вареники.
Рекомендую обязательно. Особенно, если долго путешествовать по Узбекистану, то начинаешь скучать по более славянской кухне...и пельмешки с блинчиками выручают)))

Кухня прекрасная, всё вкусно и подают горячим, свежим, по еде вопросов нет вообще. Но блин, как же долго. Сидели одни, ждала три блинчика почти 20 минут. Персонал вообще никуда не торопится, можно стоять в очереди и наблюдать, как кассир мило беседует с уходящим покупателем, а на тебя просто ноль внимания 😅 и ради бога, примите заказ и общайтесь дальше, сколько захочется. Были несколько раз. Вкусно, уютно, атмосферно, но из-за сервиса приходить больше желания нет. Вроде есть доставка, будем лучше заказывать 👍🏼

Вкусные блины и нежные сырники. Чай правда из пакетика только. Кофе тоже только растворимый, но мы за всю поездку так и не нашли ни в одном кафе где варят кофе. Быстрое обслуживание. Пришли в районе 7:55, а люди уже сидели в ожидании заказов😅 Похоже популярное место . Рекомендую.
