A great boulevard. Lots of beautiful plants, entertainment. In the future, he can get a gorgeous beach. Unfortunately, while the beach is not finished, it spoils the impression of the boulevard. People in cars drive up to the water. The surf brings shells and algae ashore, crows flock to them. The smell is not pleasant.

The boulevard is not ready yet, but I really liked it. There is a Bowling alley, cafes, restaurants, I don't know what they call it now-kind of like a cafe, there is an open terrace with a view of the sea, a little higher towards the city there are excellent outdoor resorans, right in the shade among the trees. If you immerse yourself in the situation, you can forget that you are in the city. If you bring a person with his eyes closed, and say that he is in the area, he will immediately believe.
