I understand the service is young and they tried to mow it down for Yandex. Apparently, the money was invested in the wrong place. We could have invested in the convenience of a bike courier. We could buy electric bicycles and rent them to couriers. How the process is going now: The dude came and started working for couriers. He has two options: either rent a bike/electric bike or ride his own, if available. And the rent costs from 30 to 50 thousand soums per day. The bike courier will have to play like a betting game. There are also a lot of fines for the smallest mistakes. They also have a problem with slots. There is little time on the slots. One slot for three hours. If you started without a deposit, then there are few orders. Even 50 thousand won't come out in three hours. From the outside, it looks ridiculous: The courier comes to you in an Uzum Tezkor uniform (bag and raincoat) and the transport is either a regular bike or a qwatt, kapital express, etc., but not under the Uzum Tezkor brand. They seemed to want to make money, but they forgot about the bike courier. I hope everything changes for the better. If they had invested in the convenience of a courier (an electric bike at a low price or even for free), they could have displaced other delivery services. Thanks for attention. The worst delivery! A complete deception of customers!
I ordered at 18:18, the website stated that the delivery would take up to an hour. It took more than an hour, at 19:30 I decided to clarify where my order was, because they didn't even appoint a courier! The support team reassured me: “the courier will pick up the order in 10 minutes.” What do you think happened next? nothing!
At 20:10, my order was just canceled! No explanations, no apologies, no alternatives! So I wasted TWO HOURS waiting when I could have ordered somewhere else?
The service is completely unreliable, promises are empty words, support is just excuses. If you don't want to stay hungry and waste your time, don't even think about using Uzum Teskor!
