This company serves Novovilenskaya str., 10. The elevator is constantly not working, it takes up to a week or two. They can't just service our elevator, apparently they can't fix it at all. The fee is charged without interruption. On June 3, my elderly father got stuck in the elevator, and Orona arrived an hour and a half later. He sat there for over an hour. My father got sick of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, for which I thank them. This service (Orona) does not cope with its function of either maintenance or the function of the duty service.
