Very bad service. I asked for a vanilla ice cream and my friend who wanted another flavor asked her to come to other side so that he can show what flavor he needs, she refused to look at us when we called here to come to other side to show, she kept asking us questions and she was with a cold face. Maybe because we are foreigners, she treated us like that.

The place itself is good, usually cool girls work there, very cool snacks, but there is one lady who serves terribly. If I'm not mistaken, her name is Tatiana, with blue dreadlocks. There is no respect for customers and apparently there is no concept of what customer orientation is. She walks around with an eternally dissatisfied face, coldly communicates with clients, as if she is being forced to do this, and not this is her job. In general, she has terrible service, there are no complaints about the rest of the girls, they are just the best, they always serve with a smile.

We buy coffee in this coffee shop, so there is one girl there, with long nails, always unhappy and chatting on the phone, doing her job as if with a favor. We work in Titan (they came with a colleague for coffee, so they gave her a discount, but I didn't.
