An excellent contractor. I turned to Ilya in order to make the foundation and later the whole house. The project had a ribbon foundation with a ribbon height of 2.7 m due to the large drop and the need to support it on the mainland soil mass. Ilya suggested the best option: he calculated a columnar foundation with wide heels and a column pitch of 3.5-4 m. Saving in my case on the face! Ilya's calculations were confirmed by the designer. We performed budget heating of concrete in the winter season. Everything was built quickly, clearly and beautifully. The level of professionalism is visible. I recommend it to anyone who wants to build a high-quality one.

Initially, the object was not typical, so I liked that the contractor immediately offered to work out the project in detail with the involvement of the designer. Extensive practical experience, a good theoretical base, the availability of a variety of proprietary tools for almost any type of work from the contractor - all this allowed us to eventually bring our plans to life. I recommend it!
