We were on vacation on 27 .07. 2019. We bought a ticket through the Gagarin travel agency, which is located in the east in the Equator shopping center. Iskursia was sold to us by the director Inna. I liked the selection of the tour and was pleasantly surprised that there was no imposition on more expensive tours! I was shown the difference in the cost of Rivne, Lviv and Kiev, but unfortunately they did not explain that there is practically no difference due to the cost of the transfer and the lost days that I could spend at work. I was also glad that we had an aquopark included in the vavcher, unlike many tourists who then sorted things out)) But unfortunately, all the advantages ended there.
1) imposed unnecessary insurance! From non-departure and insurance for the water park for the pensioner's mother.
2) they did not warn about the rise in price of the tour! Our friends who flew with us to the same hotel and on the same dates, but bought a ticket from another agency, they were warned.
3) we were not warned that our medical insurance is Ukrainian, not Belarusian. A retired mother, 3 disability groups, was traveling with us and it was very important for us.
4) the deadline for payment for the tour was specified on the 12th in the contract, but it was agreed by the agent that the 15th is the last day of payment. It was stated in the contract that non-compliance with the terms of payment under the contract, the contract can be terminated without refund (refund) of funds!!! It's good that I read this contract carefully at home and saw all the nuances that the agent did not mention!!!
5) dissuaded from the transfer. Initially, I was glad that the agent was not trying to impose additional services on us and advised us how to save our money. That's what started all the problems! Tickets for the return trip were lost due to a 7-hour flight delay. Upon arrival at the airport, I could not find a single transfer bus or minibus in any direction, at least in our terminal. This was probably the reason why we were dissuaded from the transfer.
6) the package of documents that were given to us for departure was shown to me and familiarized with them only when I pointed out this error.
7) the mood before departure was spoiled and we already predicted that we would have problems.
The agent got in touch, but no real help was provided, there were just empty conversations. We had to solve all the problems ourselves. The last day of rest was irretrievably lost and ruined! Since I had to spend time on phone calls and on the Internet, deciding how to get back from another country (From Ukraine to Belarus). I hope that my feedback will help the organization to correct mistakes in its work!
