I was a regular customer of this store until I left the Republic of Belarus, literally at the beginning of January everything was fine, despite the holidays and high workload. I recently visited this store again and was just shocked. There is one runaway girl working for the entire razor department. At the same time, there are a lot of guys and everyone is sent to her. Apparently there is no one to work and there are reasons for this. All the workers are tired, with red eyes, they look like prisoners of Auschwitz. They sell some nonsense under the sauce of charity, although they don't even know where the money goes afterwards. When I finally waited for the consultant, they explained everything to me about the product, it is clear that the staff are qualified, this is the only plus, I thought, until it came to sniffing some more services. 5 times they asked about a discount card and forced them to register, although after a long wait they did not want to waste time at all to save some couple of kopecks. It's unclear what's going on in the store, who walks around with some dirty rags, who rummages in drawers, does everything except customer service. And the cherry on the cake is the alarm system screaming at the exit, called feel like a thief. A disgusting impression, I will not return to this point anymore, and maybe even to the network

Yesterday, 09/15/2023, at about 13.15 we arrived to buy a freezer for 5 cameras. While we were looking, no one came up to us, after a while a consultant looked out from behind the refrigerators and asked what we wanted. When asked about a 5-chamber freezer, he said that there are no such things on sale. When I asked if he could tell me which of the 5 element stores they are in stock, he replied that we should search on the site OURSELVES. We left at 5 a.m. at the Euroopt shopping center, bought the last freezer from the warehouse. At the same time, the consultant said that there were 3 such freezers in stock at the Korona shopping center. It is still terribly unpleasant for such an attitude, as if the consultant at the Korona shopping center was simply too lazy to work with us and had more important things to do than perform his direct duties. It is not clear why he was not interested in selling.We encountered this for the first time, before that there was always good service.

I decided to buy a TV. It was the last day when it was possible to arrange an installment plan. There was no time to choose a model due to the situation.
In the store, the consultant offered a TCL TV. I decided to take it. I have issued a loan. The TV that was sold to me was not available, only from the window. They said they would bring it to the store tomorrow. I agreed. We immediately punched a receipt for a product that is out of stock!!!!!
When I got home, I decided to see what they had sold me.
As it turned out, the TV went up in price from 1800p to 2200p in 2 days. in its choruses, it is very mediocre. "I don't need such a cow," I thought, and decided to change this TV to another one. On the website of the 5th element, I found a Samsung that suits me.
The next day I went to the store and asked to change the product in my order.. The TVs were the same price. I didn't want to give up my obligations to the bank, I just asked to change the TV. To which they replied that only through the termination of the contract with the bank.
I work in sales myself, I face such situations every day. I don't see any problems in replacing the goods without terminating the loan. The usual practice. I have a contract with the bank for the amount, not for the TV. The 5th element did not want to listen to me, referring to its internal regulations. I did not want to buy TCL, I had to terminate the contract under pressure from the store.
The conclusion from this situation is: the 5th element does not go to meet the buyer. Sellers are trying to sell a product that is beneficial to them, rather than satisfy the buyer's need.
