I think the hardware store is the best in the city. There is always good help from consultants. Flexible pickings, convenient for customers... I would like to have a wider range of household appliances (refrigerators, etc.), but here, obviously, not everything depends on the network.

Element 5 was my favorite hardware store. This is both the range and reliability. According to the extended warranty, I can say that in our case I have never decided anything yet. The staff will always advise, prompt and help.
But, unfortunately, not so long ago and more than once I noticed that the store began to change the price tag (naturally in a big way and noticeably) even while viewing the product on the site. Not at night when people are sleeping, but during the day at any time. I'm sitting on the site, looking at the product before ordering and I see that I went to the page with one price while I was looking-the price increased by about 100 rubles. I did not order, I called 275 and was told that they could not help me. It happens that way. Hurtful. I had to Google and order the same product from another store at a good price, which I did.
