On August 19, 2024, on the urgent recommendation of the seller of the 5 Element store in Slutsk, we bought an RFD-0151, RED Solution vegetable dryer for 389 rubles. From the first day we started its operation, we made apple paste. There were no complaints about the work. The dryer was working on the kitchen floor, as it is bulky and is a heating device. One day, the glass of the door fell off from the dryer, fell to the floor, being at a height of 2 centimeters from the floor, shattered into microscopic fragments (there are photos). After that, it became obvious that the glass was planted on glue that was not applied around the entire perimeter. There are gaps that are not glued. There is no seal around the glass. That is, with the glass preserved, these disadvantages are not obvious. We brought the dryer to the store on 14.10.2024, contacted the administrator, who announced without proof that you most likely broke it yourself, although the dryer did not have the slightest damage. We were asked to write an application for an expert examination, and the dryer was taken away.

Since we knew that the examination would take some time, a few days later we bought another, more expensive and different brand. On October 26, we received a text message that our dryer had returned. On October 27, we went to the store, where we were informed that you had damaged your dryer yourself, take it to repair it yourself. The question arises, was it really impossible to call from the service center and offer some options, such as paid repairs? Why should we force our regular customers, which we are, to incur unnecessary costs? Since trips to Minsk and back, combined with the repair of the dryer, will cost the same as its price, we said thank you and left it in the store.
After that, I tried to leave a review on the store's website, but after the review was moderated, I was refused to do so. Not a single call was received from the store. That's how this story ended! It's like we don't exist in nature! The 5 Element store has no concept of loyalty to regular customers, and customers do not have the opportunity to express their opinions and leave feedback!
