Great Gym. One of the best in Moscow for sure. Good selection of equipment and machines from "Hammer strength" plus some more under their own brand. Two floors, spacious. Downstairs is the lobby area with a small Gym restaurant (protein shakes, Chicken/rice etc), locker rooms with pleasant showers. First floor contains the crossfitness, private rooms for yoga & group classes as well as the arena for fight sports (boxing/mma) Second floor is the main Gym for me. The wights, the iron as well as bikes, treadmills, elipses,etc with great wall to ceiling windows and view of Moscow Citi. Spacious and comfortable ventilation. The staff is great, friendly and positive, thos goes for the PT's too. Highly recommended. The only negative to say is I want even more equipment😁 but don't get me wrong, they have all the basics and some more. It's considered one if the biggest Gyms in Moscow. The price accordingly ..but they cheaper than several of the competitors. 1500 rub for a single work out, and approx. 6000 for a month free access.

Фитнес-клуб действительно стоит того, чтобы в нем заниматься! Просторный и уютный зал с современным оборудованием, которое всегда в отличном состоянии. Очень приятная атмосфера, тренеры — настоящие профессионалы, всегда помогут с правильной техникой выполнения упражнений. К тому же, они проводят персональные тренировки, что позволяет достичь результатов намного быстрее. Есть несколько направлений для групповых занятий, которые не дают заскучать — от йоги до силовых тренировок. В клубе всегда чисто, убираются регулярно, и это большое преимущество. Отдельно хочется отметить удобное расположение и гибкую систему абонементов, которая подходит для разных потребностей. В целом, очень доволен посещениями, советую всем, кто хочет улучшить свою физическую форму!"

Хожу в фитнес-клуб 5 Элемент уже давно — отличный зал, всё на высоком уровне: оборудование, чистота, атмосфера. Особенно приятно приходить сюда благодаря девочкам на ресепшене — Насте и Ксюше. Всегда встречают с улыбкой, доброжелательные, внимательные — с таким подходом хочется приходить снова и снова. Спасибо за классное настроение и профессионализм!
