The Fifth element positions itself as an advanced, high-tech store, the best in Belarus, but I use the halva card everywhere to pay with my phone via NFC, and in the Fifth Element I need a card, since terminals are not suitable for contactless payment 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️

NEVER BUY PHONES IN THE 5th ELEMENT, and especially in this store. The 5th element will refuse the standard warranty by any means (matrix burnout on the phone screen, every second has such a problem). They will write an unsubscribe act that there are traces of mechanical impact (and they will always be, because you use phones, and there are traces of mechanical impact as a result of using the phone). The staff prepares the buyer in advance that further warranty will be denied. The store is deaf and blind to the customer. You can step on this rake once, we will not purchase more phones (and not only) in element 5!!! I am very sorry for my personal time.... WE ARE WASTING OUR PERSONAL TIME THAT WE COULD HAVE SPENT WITH OUR FAMILY, AND EMPLOYEES ARE WASTING THEIR WORKING TIME!!!!!!!
