After calling the bank and asking why, they told me that the store had refunded them the money for the cost of the smartphone, but interest was deducted from you during this time. And then I realized that I automatically got about $ 100 (this is the percentage of the bank), not only did they give me a smartphone with a defect, they also blew my head and I still owed. The real scammers in this store. After calling the store, they replied that they had returned the money to the bank for the smartphone, well, as I understood it, spin as you want. That's the way they work with banks. By the way, they were issued through VTB Bank.
