On average, element 5 is not bad, but there is a person who brazenly imposes a certain product, you want to get advice on another product, but the consultant can't tell you anything about another product, except for the one that he has memorized. This is the first thing. And secondly, the support service is just disgusting, the latest example from our case. We issued a washing machine in installments, used it for 3 months, began to make an error that there was no water supply, with all that the water pressure was wonderful, we looked through the hoses, maybe the nets are clogged here, everything is clean. We turned to service specialists and it started here, for a week, we waited for them to contact us after our application, and no one contacted us, called another number, where again only promises, tomorrow he will definitely arrive, we hear this answer every time, then they have problems with cash registers, although I do not understand the direct problem on check out, and now they don't pick up the phone at all.
