I'll share my opinion. I bought a Siemens coffee machine in December of the 22nd year. Thank God the car is working fine (only for this I'm already putting 3 and not 1). The seller insisted on buying the protection + program, according to which the car was cleaned for free during the 12 months of the warranty period and another 24 months later. This was the case until the age of 25. At the next request, they said that their rules had changed and the contract had been changed unilaterally. Now my car is serviced for a fee. When I asked them to show me the contract that I had signed that I agreed to change the terms of protection, they unilaterally replied that they did not have a contract with my signature. When buying, I was not introduced to this agreement (there was only an oral account of the seller). What I paid for the protection plus for 3 years: it is unclear. At least such actions are unpleasant to me on the part of the seller. Buy equipment with the protection + program in the 5th element!!!

It is clear that they didn't vacuum every day, and laminate flooring is almost everywhere. The store transferred the vacuum cleaner to its PAID service, unfortunately, it's impossible to think otherwise (((. And the result: your fault. Not the manufacturer's, but yours. Incorrect operation. And the fact that there are no scratches on the bolts in the vacuum cleaner (it probably wasn't opened at all) doesn't bother anyone. So why such a review. In August 2022, I purchased a built-in Beko dishwasher + and was actively persuaded to use the protection + program for three years, praising all the advantages of this program, BUT concealing all the disadvantages. The manufacturer's warranty period is 2 years, and during these two years there were still adequate solutions to the issues. Namely, a little over a year later, the aquastop broke down, before that, a blue liquid was leaking from one of the legs (front side) onto the floor - I contacted the service center and the interesting thing began. Instead of the promised disassembly and installation of the dishwasher in the store, it sounded like "we don't do this, you do it yourself - we just pick up and bring it. OK, I swallowed it. A month of waiting for the spare parts to be delivered to the "service center" and received back. What followed was never clarified. And now the deadline has come for the end of the factory's warranty and the entry into force of the public offer agreement with Element 5 (the end of consumer rights and the beginning of the "divorce"). For some reason, the top of the mechanical panel (buttons are not a touch-screen version) was swollen by 3 mm. The buttons began to jam when pressed. We contact the service center - we indicate the problem, it is included in the application. This time, they requested a master from the dismantling store - he came, disconnected, fixed the problem (it turned out that the master was also an employee of the store). The car left, a week later on 12/25/2024 the call came - everything is ready, everything is normal - come pick it up. The same question - give me the installation wizard. OK, let's call you back. I was discouraged by the new call, so we're sending it back. The question is why? The answer is a machine with the same defect as it was (i.e. the panel is in place in the same form as it was). Holidays are passing - call 08.01.2025 - the car arrived without repair. The reason is that the panel is flooded with oily liquid and that's it. I'm coming. I ask you a question - how is that? The answer is - we have no idea, such is the conclusion of the service center. To refuse repairs due to the buyer's fault. From this moment on, read more - the built-in machine is located under the countertop and 3 cm away from the edge, i.e. it is not possible to drain onto it from the table, I know for sure I did not pour it - it's stupid to harm yourself and get this firebrand!? Why was it not revealed for the first time in December? The answer is that they didn't sort it out. And then downhill. Give me a conclusion, and I'll challenge it. Answer: according to the public offer agreement, the service center has the right not to issue an opinion. How to challenge - contact the court if you do not agree. The price of the examination in the presence of all documents for the machine is 700 rubles at its purchase price with a guarantee of protection of 1200 rubles. I wrote a complaint and a request for an opinion in the book of comments and suggestions. I received a response in the same way in the store with a link to the same public offer agreement. The most interesting thing is that you don't read it in the store, but you automatically subscribe when you buy this service. I'm calling the store - OK, I got a response/refusal - let's visit home with the installation of the machine by the master - in order to avoid problems if it does not work at all (they gave it to the working one, but with the problem of buttons). I get the answer - no, we are not engaged in installation. I'm asking another question - how do I check its functionality without connecting or checking? The next answer is to connect and check it yourself later. It even became ridiculous - they "threw" the buttons with repairs, and I have to believe that if it came from repair in working order??? And if you haven't fixed the moment with their master, what and how - get another answer - "That a worker came from the service. And that I broke it again." Tomorrow I will go to the store to write another petition in the book of comments and suggestions about this moment.
Bottom line:
- all your consumer rights apply to the purchase - exactly for the duration of the factory's warranty (the executive committee department gave this answer;
- after this period, there is a public offer agreement, which you definitely have not read and do not know that it was made against the Buyers;
- the public offer agreement is constantly being changed by lawyers of the 5th Element and not in the direction of the Buyer (if you don't believe it, read the rights and obligations of the Buyer);
- negative reviews on the store's website are not ignored by moderators - a false impression is created about the store;
- My nerves, time, and desire to buy something else from them are ruined.
I ordered a vacuum cleaner in December for 2899 rubles with a note to bring a new, packaged, non-showcase sample. I ordered a tefal iron through the online store 5 element. What's the point of walking, wasting time? I chose the delivery for tomorrow. They arrived on time. My impressions are very positive.
Nevertheless, I will leave a review about the 5 element store, because I am both outraged and surprised by the low level of warranty service. I state it clearly in chronological order.
In February 2024, I bought a Samsung Odyssey G7 LS32BG700EIXCI monitor in this store, at 156 Prytytsky Street. The monitor was issued on credit (leasing) with a repayment period of 1 year, plus the basic guarantee was purchased "Protection +" for two years - also on credit for 1 year. I will write about the advantages and disadvantages of the monitor in another message. It's only about the store itself. So everything was more or less normal until the beginning of May 2024, until the moment when the monitor stopped showing any picture (see photo).
And then it started:
05/03/2024 - the monitor was delivered under warranty to the service department of the 5 element store;
05/07/2024 - a call was received from the Samsung ACC and a specialist of the center was informed that a factory defect was found in the monitor, which was eliminated by replacing the defective part. When asked what was replaced in the monitor and what is the cost of replacement, the specialist of the Samsung ACC clearly answered: "The display has been replaced, the estimated cost of replacement is X 1000 rubles"; in addition, the specialist of the Samsung ACC noted that the center will issue all necessary documents and transfer the monitor back to element 5 at Prytytsky, 156;
08.05.2024 - I received a call from the service department of the 5 element store asking if my monitor had arrived from the Samsung ACC, to which the answer was received that it had not arrived, call back after May 9;
05/10/2024 - closer to 20:00, I called the service department of the 5 element store to ask if my monitor had arrived. The store's service department specialist answered this question: "Yes, I arrived, the estimated cost of repair was less than 30% of the cost of the monitor, you can pick up the monitor at the service department." This confused me extremely, because I already knew the amount of repair and, based on basic calculations, it amounted to 37% of the original cost of the monitor. This was immediately reported to the service department specialist in the conversation. To this fact, the store's service department specialist replied that he would sort it out;
05/11/2024 - in order to eliminate an error, I called Samsung ACC to verify the data on the repair of my monitor and the estimated cost of this repair. The data was fully confirmed - I was informed again that the display was replaced, the cost is the same X 1000 rubles;
05/12/2024 - I received a call from the 5 element store. The girl said that since I was supposedly very interested in the timing of the repair and return of my monitor, she instructed me to make a call and inform the following (attention!): "Since there is no necessary part to repair your monitor, the repair is delayed and will be completed only by 05/21/2024." To this, I informed the store's specialist that I received a call from the Samsung ACC and was informed that everything had already been repaired, the display had been replaced and the amount was X 1000 rubles, and also indicated that the specialist of the 5 element service department informed me on Friday (05/10/2024) that the monitor had already arrived from repair and you can come pick it up. The girl did not answer these facts, but said that it was necessary to wait for the end of the weekend, that is, 05/15/2024;
05/15/2024 - I received a call from element 5, in which I was informed that yes, indeed, the cost of repairs amounted to more than 30% of the initial cost of the monitor, so you can come and arrange the necessary papers for termination of contracts for a loan for the monitor and for protection +.
But that's not all! 05/16/2024 I went and got all the necessary documents. At the same time, if everything was generally clear with the credit for the monitor, then everything was confused with the credit for "Protection +": as it turned out, in order to get back the money for "Protection +", you need to go to the bank that issued the loan and get a certificate (which, by the way, is paid and costs 15 rubles or 18 rubles for urgency). Of course, no one from the 5th element warned me that it was necessary to take a certificate before going to the 5th element, although I previously made a call to the help desk of the 5th element store at number 275 and asked a very specific question: can I go for a refund for "Protection+", if the bank informed me that the loan was closed!? Therefore, I spent an additional 2.5 hours on an empty trip to element 5 (where I was informed about the need to take a certificate from the bank) and on a trip and getting a certificate from the bank.
In conclusion, I want to say that the work of the service department of element 5 is outrageous! I have never seen so much outright and undisguised lies and unprofessionalism among computer and office equipment stores! I have a very bad impression of the store and the work of its specialists during the warranty period.
A recommendation for those who buy expensive computer equipment / office equipment / televisions, etc. in this store. If a warranty event occurs, be sure to keep in touch with an authorized service center. Because it is obvious that the 5 element store can easily cheat and give you repaired equipment with a serious defect, the cost of fixing which is significantly higher than 30% of the total initial cost of all equipment.

It's impossible to prove even with a video, they spread their hands. We waited until the insurance was over and said goodbye. After a couple of months, we sent it to another service for repair, the gaskets were changed, repaired and all the problems were solved. Don't take any extras. insurance, it's a scam, it's just a useless expense.

We bought a dishwasher in installments, we also took an installation service for 130 rubles. We agreed with the installer that 1-2 days to warn that the service station can be installed, in fact only after 6 days it will be installed, I do not recommend this store, very low service !!!
