Incompetent specialists (operators), they don't know anything, they can't really say anything and explain it normally. They wanted to buy a washing machine, pay with a Russian Sberbank card, insist on WebPei or cash, blaming everything on the fact that we are a Belarusian company. Although there is a visa in the payment options, I do not understand what the problem is! I will never buy anything here again, and I will tell all my friends and acquaintances which store is "great"! They're talking nonsense! And the authorities apparently cannot restore order at their facilities!

I was picking up the TV. I liked the consultant in this store (I think his name is Vitaly), explained everything in an accessible way about the characteristics .... unlike other stores.
