We bought a phone for the child and an additional "protection +" guarantee for a year. After 8 months, a small crack appeared on the screen. We contacted the service department of the 5th element for insurance repairs. The phone was taken away, they said that the examination would take up to 2 months. The repair (to replace the screen) was delayed for 3 months. We had to call ourselves, it turned out that repairs were not possible. The service offered (under the terms of the same protection) a coupon in the amount of 70% of the cost of the product, which can be used to pay 70% of the cost of a new product. When asked for what reason repairs are not possible, they said that they do not have this information.
Outright deception and divorce for money with this "Protection+" insurance!!! No repairs, no phone, no money!

And the prices are not always adequate, you can find cheaper ones in online stores. And there is no more desire to buy in this store with a strict guarantee and attitude towards the buyer.

My wife and I decided to go to the store to look at vertical vacuum cleaners. We've wanted this for a long time. We came across a red Bosch vacuum cleaner. He was at a discount, because there were scratches on him. It was a sample from the showcase. They asked me to look at it. Everything seemed to be fine, and the scratches didn't strain. During the inspection, we remembered that we like the Kercher technique. They clarified whether they have such a person. It turned out there is. They took it from the shelf in a box. I was also at the action, but without scratches and other things. Our eyes lit up, we were about to pick it up, but the consultant cooled our ardor, saying that this model is weak and sucks garbage badly. And he has a very small dust collector, etc. And the fact that Bosch will be better. We didn't believe him, but he convinced us that this was the manufacturer's first model and it was unsuccessful. In short, we took the bosch. And already at home we studied this Kercher model in more detail and realized that everything was not as he told us. This vacuum cleaner is very good and very powerful.
Naturally, now they refuse to exchange Bosch for kercher, because the product was promotional.
They were very upset, but there was nothing to be done, they believed the words of the consultant in the store. Apparently they really needed to sell a vacuum cleaner that was scratched, and it caught on to us (there was a chance to sell)
I advise you to look at product reviews in advance, so as not to fall for the tricks of sellers.
