I gave my down jacket to the dry cleaner for 5 days, but I was extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the service. Instead of returning the item in proper condition, they gave me a crumpled down jacket — all the fluff was lost, the appearance was spoiled. After my complaint, the down jacket was taken away for revision, but a few days later it was returned in the same crumpled condition, stating that the reason was allegedly “poor down quality". This sounds like an attempt to shift responsibility for poor-quality work to the client. There is no question of any professionalism. If you value your things, especially down jackets, I strongly do not recommend this service.
