I have been a client of this dry cleaner for 6-7 years.
I gave away my jacket 2 weeks ago. Near the exit from the room they have a capsule coffee machine for customers. I decided to make coffee.
To which the receptionist made a remark to me that you can't take it out! The glass was already full, but I didn't take it, turned around and left. You can't, you can't!
A week later, when I received my stuff, I told them to count the takeaway coffee that I hadn't drunk. To which the receptionist said that I stole a coffee capsule that day and she has video evidence for this!!!
I couldn't believe my ears! I bring branded items, I can afford any coffee and I was accused of theft???
Moreover, the thing was not even cleaned, I gave it back, but it was not cleaned again. This woman yelled at me, insulted me, behaved rudely and unprofessionally.
Such boorish behavior is not allowed!
It's good that there are other dry cleaners and polite staff in Yerevan!

On October 11, I gave the jacket to the dry cleaners, there were several stains on it. During the inspection, the receptionist did not even pay attention to them.
On October 18, a text message came that the jacket was ready to be issued. I came to pick up, before paying, I examined, ALL the stains were in place, Having said this, the same receptionist said that they would be cleaned again. Today, on October 24, they give out a jacket in the same dirty form, plus a few more clues appeared, which were not there. At the same time, it was rudely said that I myself had to show her these spots!
In 2 minutes, the stains were miraculously cleaned! After paying, I left the room, but on the street I was confused by a terrible smoky stale smell, as if the jacket had been actively worn all this time. I immediately returned, and this woman accused me of smoking it myself (I don't smoke, if anything)! It was also rudely said: "Don't like it, don't take it!" That is, should I give them an expensive thing and leave?!
I do not recommend it!
Boorish attitude and no respect! Communication in raised tones!
You will only spoil your nerves, mood and lose time, as this is the longest cleaning in Yerevan.

Хотела узнать где именно находятся в Ереван молле долго не могла найти и никто мне не смог помочь и поэтому я позвонила, максимально вежливо спросила в ответ получила хамство, кое как нашла, оказалось они в помещении где параллельно находится ателье и ни единого намёка на то что там находится химчистка не было. Отдала пальто, по телефону мне заявили что сделают в течении пяти дней, на деле оказалось от 7 до 10. Максимально не рекомендую. Кстати указанный номер когда я звонила был недоступен и сервис дно.

Отвратительно. Заявили срок готовности 12 дней. На 14й день звоню, ответили с 4го раза, сказали «если прошло 12 дней, то точно готово, можете забирать». Поехал - не готово. Далее, спустя 17 дней, звонят и говорят что потеряли бирку и описывают мою одежду и говорят, что все готово и можно забирать. Приезжаю - снова не готово. Отвратительный сервис, самое ужасное отношение к клиенту какое я встречал, НИКОГДА не обращусь к ним за услугами.

Не соблюдают сроки! От слова - совсем. Мало того, что нужно ждать 10 дней (!!!), так и после 10 дней пришли за вещами, а они не готовы. Не умеют организовать свою работу! Пока тут ждём , нашли другой вариант, уже два раза успели сдать и забрать чистые вещи .

Сроки просрочили, забирала пальто, а от него воняет потом и сигаретами, как будто его не стирали, а носили! Отвратительно
