There are no questions about the service itself: deadlines, integrity, feedback, tariffs. Everything is fine. But the issuing point for Dzerzhinsky is an extremely inconvenient point. The service is slow. The entrance is very inconvenient. On a weekday, all corners are occupied. Check-in only from Dzerzhinsky, because the street is dead-end. And my 16 kg of cargo is not delivered to other nearby points - it is too heavy. Either Dzerzhinsky or Uruchye.

Пункт приема и выдачи заказов. Удобное расположение возле станции метро петровщина. Приветливый и отзывчивый персонал. Из минусов: иногда бывают очереди, работает пункт только с 12 часов в будний день, в субботу до 17 часов, а в воскресенье не работает вообще. Если исправить режим работы будет отлично.

The employee of the point is just an impudent one. It's a total shock. The company is good, but its face leaves much to be desired in relation to customers.
