I booked a couple of days in advance, all the conditions were agreed in advance. No prepayment was required! Great, I arrive at 4 a.m., I arrive, and they tell me oops, everything is busy. The room will be available at 7 a.m. Cool, what can I say?. I had to look for something else at 4 a.m., to carry a suitcase that weighs 25 kg. Therefore, I put one star, although I don't even want to put it. It's not serious. I do not recommend it!!!!

Guests from Kazakhstan came and I ordered rooms for six guests, I chose them because of the location close to my house. When the guests arrived late in the evening, it turned out that there were no empty seats, the ordered rooms were given to other guests. They explained that there was allegedly no payment and they were not obliged to keep the reservation.. Disappointed guests had to change their plans and look for other accommodation in the middle of the night. I advise you to keep in mind such circumstances when ordering rooms.
