On 29.08, I visited the Sasch store in the Expobel shopping center, wanting to buy another beautiful dress from this store for the upcoming event… Alas! Having met no one in the hall, I began to look for an outfit on my own. Later, a "sales consultant" appeared with an indifferent face, neither hello, nor how to help, what to offer ... etc. I was not upset, because I myself was not badly oriented in the assortment and began to choose and try on the dresses I liked. My goal was to buy 100% one or even two products! The number of things in the fitting room grew, the saleswoman continued to ignore me … In the end, I asked to pick up a certain amount of what did not fit me in order to unload the pile of remeasured dresses... to which I received several comments and a storm of discontent in my address, about the fact that I should have been more careful and why I did not hang the dresses evenly on hangers?!!! Seriously??!!! Is this the responsibility of the buyer/client? Is this how a salesperson should behave? At that moment, everything was messed up in my head… The seller is an inactive mannequin making remarks to a regular customer…I don't know... it's a shock to me! I love your shops and assortment very much, but because of such employees there is no desire to come anymore!!!
