The washing process does not take long, the staff is friendly. My car always looks perfect. Of course, there are nuances (we are all human), but you can always find a compromise. Very high-quality hand washing. We washed the rubber carpets in the cabin and put them in the car dry. After washing, before I got into the car, they opened the driver's door, put their mat near the door to wipe my feet (the floor is wet around the car). A very pleasant impression of the place. They did not offer additional services (I would recommend it to them, they would earn more). One minus is that the guys are gloomy (maybe it's because I was on Sunday morning).
