A nice, beautiful complex. There is a good playground next to the house. Pharmacies, grocery stores, a bank, and a beauty salon are within walking distance. There are quite a lot of Parking spaces, maybe this is also due to the fact that the house is not fully inhabited.

In my opinion, the location of the house is good. Not a dense building. Near the metro, the largest shopping center (still under construction), a school. The young neighbors are settling in. While the repairs are in full, of course, it's a bit noisy, but we'll see in the future
