The hotel is located in the heart of the old town of Ichan-Kala, with a good view of the sights from the second floor terrace.
The hotel is small, it is more like a family guest house, the rooms are located close enough to each other, but no one bothers anyone, in the evening the hotel is quiet and peaceful.
The rooms are small, but there is everything you need. I would especially like to note the perfect cleanliness in the rooms, towels are changed daily and toiletries and water are replenished. A day later, we even had our bed linen changed. Everything is in good working order, it feels like it is being monitored.
Breakfasts are held on the ground floor, there is not much choice, but everything is delicious and fresh. We especially liked the mini-samsa with potatoes and meat, very tasty homemade pancakes.
The hotel tries not to bother you once again, but they are always ready to help, they always meet and accompany you with a smile.
We booked two rooms at this hotel through booking, as we were vacationing with a family of 2 adults and 2 children. They asked to book rooms nearby, but there was a slight confusion with the number of nights upon check-in. We had 3 nights booked, and the hotel celebrated 2 nights. But despite this, we were placed in rooms on the same floor, even if not door to door, but the rooms were next to each other, for which special thanks.
The refrigerator was only in the superior room with a 2-bed, it was enough for us, but if we had booked only one room in which the children lived, then it's hard without a refrigerator in such heat, cold water flies away in one fell swoop)

Comfortable beds, delicious breakfasts, with a variety of local cuisine.we arrived early in the morning from Moscow, arrived at the hotel, breakfast was already coming to an end and we were kindly invited to eat while our room was prepared. I recommend visiting this family-run hotel.

They were at the end of October 2024. It is located in a convenient place for tourists, right in the center of the sights of the city of Khiva Museum. The hostess of the Dilora meets and accompanies all the guests, gives useful advice and dedicates them to the story. The hotel is in good condition, the rooms are clean. The breakfasts are quite sufficient. But there is no coffee machine - this is important.

The hotel is great. The room is cozy, filled with sunlight, and generally pleasant. Everything you need is in the room, including a refrigerator. Excellent breakfasts, the location is generally a bomb, right on the territory of the fortress. I highly recommend it.

We had a rest with a friend at the hotel from September 12-14. We really liked everything! Many thanks to Mistress Dilora! The hotel is located in the very center of Ichan-Kala, the room is clean and has everything you need, towels and linen are snow-white, very tasty breakfasts. And in general, one feels concern for the guests, they will prompt and help in any matter.

I have traveled a lot in Uzbekistan, I have been here in 9 different hotels, and this one is the best of all
Like it · Excellent location - in the very center of Ichan Kala. All the sights of Khiva are a maximum of 5-10 minutes walk away.
Very good service - the staff is friendly and tidy.
Everything is new in the room, and there are all consumables - up to disposable slippers. Not every hotel in Uzbekistan has it.
Excellent breakfast - the hostess cooks herself, and every morning is different, and very tasty 😋
There is an inexpensive transfer both to the airport and to the railway station. The airport is in the neighboring city, and the train station is very close, 3 minutes away.
An important addition is that there is a terrace on the roof, and it offers a beautiful view of Khiva at night. You can watch the sunset, and you don't have to go to popular places like restaurants for this.
Next to the restaurant "Terrace" with live music - and you can hear it right from the hotel terrace.
I didn't like it · It's a little uncomfortable that the towel racks are far from the shower - and I had to go out, go wet all over the bathroom. It is better to hang the towels closer so that you can immediately dry off without leaving the shower.

The location is very convenient even by the standards of the Ichan Kala fortress itself. The guest house is located as close as possible to the North Gate. We checked in early, thanks a lot for that, as we arrived very early (such flights from Moscow Time), all issues that arise are resolved promptly. Everything you need is available in the room. The room is clean, cozy, water is plentiful, hot too. The location of the hotel is amazing! Breakfasts are without options, eat what they give, but every day is different, we had enough. Отличная гостиница!!! Гостиница после капитального ремонта, все новое: мебель, постель, нет неприятного запаха. Очень хорошие и вкусные завтраки, удобная локация, все в пешей доступности. И самая большая достопримечательность этой гостиницы - это её хозяйка! Диля очень приветливая, гостеприимная и заботливая женщина. Очень рекомендую эту гостиницу!

In general, I liked everything, I can advise my friends.
From the wishes: I would like to do a supportive cleaning of the premises, for example, we didn't even throw garbage out of the bucket while we lived. Of course, you could ask yourself, but you just want to come in the evening, and you have a clean trash can without reminders and there is water as when you check in.
On the ground floor, when someone is talking in the hall, everything is very clearly audible in the room, usually we did not wake up from the alarm clock, but because of loud conversations, but on the other hand, we did not come to sleep but to watch the city!
From the pros: this is the center of the old town, clean upon check-in, the goodwill of the hostess of the Dili hotel, delicious and varied breakfasts can not be left hungry, the kondey works fine, the presence of a veranda on the roof of the hotel can drink tea there in the evening

A wonderful hotel where we felt at home, immersed in the fairy tale of the East. The friendly hostess helped with everything, excellent breakfasts, a wonderful guide. This mini-hotel is located right in the heart of Ichan-Kala inside the fortress itself. There is a beautiful view from the terrace. The streets don't seem to have changed at all since the time when this fortress was built. We have the warmest and most unforgettable impressions of the city and our wonderful hotel. We did not make a wrong choice. I recommend this hotel to everyone.
