If you do not have problems with hearing, you are welcome because it is not the first time that I notice that the waiters do not strain their speech apparatus so that they can be heard among the background music. They were not greeted at the entrance according to protocol. The food is of average quality. If you are not particularly picky to be greeted and said goodbye, then welcome.
