A coat at a cost of 829 rubles, I expected to buy outerwear for the winter, of good quality. After the purchase, I went outside to check if it would warm (it was still November)....but it was cold in it, and winter hadn't started for a minute yet..
I brought the coat back, alas, I tore off the tag, but the receipt was preserved (the torn tag does not prevent the return of the goods, especially since there is a receipt)👍🏼
I decided to think about whether I would wear it, so it lay for a long time, and I went to return it on December 1. To which the seller told me that she could only change it for another thing, and began to convince me that I should keep it. I still decided to think about it and come tomorrow, if anything. Upon arrival the next day, December 2, the seller was negative and even aggressive at the moment, she also said that the coat smelled of my perfume, and the day before there was not a word about it (I did not wear it)! Plus, she said that the coat looks worn, but I tried it on a couple of times and went outside 1 time, is this a high-quality thing that has deteriorated so much after a couple of fittings?They said that they would not change it and they would return the money too!
