Since there was no protocol of the car from the police, they took 200 euros for the plastic cap of the side mirror (although the price is up to 15 euros). There were old scratches on the front bumper to hang on me. The video of the inspection was good. I decided not to contact them anymore and rent cars from normal car rental companies. If you decide to rent a car from them, do a detailed video of the inspection.

Of course, it was not visible in our photos because it is small and visible from a certain angle (from the side). It seems to me that this was planned on their part - I paid 50 euros in cash because of course the employee did not have a terminal on hand) although they paid with a card when renting.
