It's a great place. Closed, cozy capsules, you live like in a house. Clean linen and good mattresses. A huge common space with a variety of places to relax and work. The sofas are comfortable. There's even a swing. A kitchen where everything is there, a dining area. The comfort is small, but you can cook whatever your heart desires. The bathroom and shower are shared, and separated cleanly. However, it takes patience to figure out and love a shower room, not the usual adjustment of the pressure of both cold and hot water, I was able to feel the regulator and figure it out. The most valuable thing is the staff, very nice, polite, smiling and answers all questions. Thank you for your hard work. I am very pleased. The location is convenient, near the metro, Caesar and Lumiere cinemas, shops, the central pharmacy, the central Arbat street, a beautiful park, a mosque and a church, and a wonderful Mama Mia restaurant. A location you can only dream of

A comfortable capsule hostel with a convenient location. Overall clean, but I found dark hair in the capsule. Soft and comfortable mattresses. The shower is clean. In the sleeping area, the run is probably buzzing, but you can't hear it in the capsule and you can sleep well. Spacious common recreation area. At the reception, the attendants change once a day - some are very friendly, but on the day of departure there was a slightly indifferent girl. Please note - food containers with the number of your place and lockers. Just 3 and No. 3 are different containers. They did not explain to me and when I left, 2 apples were missing, perhaps the one who also had the third number, with the badge No., took away.

The location itself is super, the staff is polite, always clean and tidy. The shower, however, is not very comfortable. There is enough space in the capsules, but I would like them to close, because things are being stolen from them. As well as from the refrigerator. Products are constantly disappearing. I would like to solve this issue somehow.
There is a common area with one hammock. Overall a pleasant place

We stayed at this capsule hostel in the center of Almaty several times and we were satisfied with our stay there. We found the hostel clean, cozy and well organized. The capsules were comfortable and provided enough privacy to relax.
I would especially like to mention the hospitality of the girls at the reception, Gauhar and Madina. They were very friendly and ready to help with any questions I had. They made my stay at the hostel even more enjoyable.
In general, I would recommend this hostel to anyone who is looking for a convenient and affordable place to stay in the center of Almaty.

A great hostel. Special thanks to the administrators Gauhar and Madina for the warm welcome. The only drawback is that there is not enough ventilation in some rooms. And, of course, be prepared for the absence of windows, after all, this is the ground floor.

The location is super: city center, parks, squares. Everything is clean, cozy, you can work and relax.
I met wonderful people with whom I celebrated the new year. The owners of the hostel also brought a delicious pie for the guests.

We have already stayed 4 times in this hostel. I like that my own room seems to work out, since everything is sheathed and with a door and not behind curtains. There is everything in the kitchen, soap and toilet paper too. They give you slippers and your locker. You just need to take earplugs, as the ventilation is buzzing. Check-in at any time, the staff is friendly. The location is great, but the first time I got a little lost. If the suitcase is heavy, keep in mind there are steps, a descent to the basement

We settled a friend with the last money, came to Kazakhstan without money, communication and the Internet. Thank God that this hostel had Internet, we stood at it all night, then we divorced two girls and went to eat with them, the food turned out to be too awesome and I wanted to go to the toilet after a couple of hours. I asked for it - they let me in, let me do my business, so they also treated me to water, the best place!

I booked at the booking 2 months before the trip for 16,500 tenge for 3 nights from 1.11 to 4.11, now the price has increased per night (~7000 tenge).The price/quality is consistent.There is a hall with poufs, an individual storage closet, a small kitchen with appliances (tea and coffee for free), and the capsules themselves (spacious with clean linen).The toilet and shower are shared (separately male and female), there is shampoo and shower gel in the shower.There is also an ironing board with an iron.Of the cons:wifi often flew out, as well as a curfew from 23:00, to get in later, you need to call the reception.The hostel itself is for 5-

I advise everyone who wants to stay on a budget during a trip to Almaty. Very clean, comfortable and secluded although this is a hostel, all visitors respect each other's borders. Only capsule beds will not go to those who suffer from claustrophobia because there is complete privacy, but personally I like it that way

For me personally, it was very pleasant to stay in this cozy, comfortable, centrally located hostel.
The administrator Svetlana is the decoration and soul of the hostel.
The hostel is good for its capsules and miniaturization.
Therefore, I think for me personally this is the best hostel in Almaty.

The hostel is located in the basement, all rooms are windowless, keep in mind. The room for two for 15,000 tenge was not cleaned, long black hair was everywhere. It's very unpleasant. We stopped by at night, I had to wipe the floor from other people's hair myself. The common areas are clean, there is coffee, tea for free, we did not have time to use it, we stopped for the night. But I would not recommend staying in a room here for more days. Maybe the situation with the capsules is better, but there are no windows there either.

This is the basement! No one warns about it. In the rooms (all) There are no windows. They write a lot about cleanliness, yes, the space itself is quite well maintained, but the room where we lived was not cleaned - dirt and hair everywhere. The staff is sane, but not that they are too welcoming and responsive. In general, you can spend the night, especially if you arrived in the city at night and there is nowhere else.
