The doctor Dilnur Khamzaevich gave us directions for treatment. I reviewed all the test readings, listened to them, and made an appointment for treatment, very professionally and in a timely manner.

My friend and I had a rest at the Zangiota Zam Zam sanatorium from January 3 to January 16. My friend has already been here, this is my first time, for which I am very grateful to her!
I liked absolutely everything! The treatment was varied, we received physio and water treatments, massage, light treatment. We visited the pool. Additional paid procedures were performed (VLOK, ozone, gerudo, shockwave therapy). The sanatorium has its own spring with healing mineral water, and in the herbal bar we drank herbal infusions and freshly squeezed juices. In the dining room, the chef provided balanced and delicious meals!
We are very grateful to the entire team for the excellent organization of accommodation, treatment, food and leisure with the invitation of artists who easily turned their performances into incendiary discos! Throughout our stay, we constantly felt the attention and care of all the staff: Mukhaye and Shahnoza (reception), senior nurse Zamira, nurses Zuhra,Aigul, Umit,Shaznoza, etc. Mukhaye (swimming pool),massage therapists Shukhrat and Nigora. And our wonderful Dr. Dilnur! Caring and attentive!
We had a good rest and improved our health. We also got charged up with positive energy from the source and friendly people! We will definitely come here more than once!

A budget sanatorium. It's an old one, dating back to Soviet times. The water is mineral, very useful. A beautiful, well-groomed territory, a lot of plantings, which gives coolness even in extreme heat. There is a lot of space for walking. The rooms are small, it's a little cramped for two people. There are only two rooms on the first floor, the rest are on 2.3 floors, which is very inconvenient and difficult for a certain category of patients. The dining room is the most ordinary....portions for "some" cradles are small, the menu is monotonous. A great advantage, a wonderful, friendly, professional team. Simply put, good nurses, attentive, hardworking .... successfully coping, even though the working, technological process is very poorly organized. For example, unlike other sanatoriums, the time of procedures is not specified and there is a live queue almost everywhere. There are a lot of people before lunch... There was silence after the obelisk. This is somewhat inconvenient for treatment, there is no possibility of systematic treatment.... A regular doctor's appointment on the first day, then, if necessary, you need to go yourself, i.e. there is no planned approach, there is no control. Unfortunately, this also applies to the technological process
However, a professional, good team is able to find an approach to everyone, everyone manages to get through everything. You need to book in advance, but this is not a guarantee that your reserved room will be presented to you. Production discipline. There are many paid procedures, despite the fact that the sanatorium is budget.....located 16 km from the airport, 20 km from the railway station. I repeat again - a wonderful team.

We had a rest in April 2024. Everything is fine, we liked the procedures. The cook is very attentive, goes out into the hall and asks if everything is delicious), cooks very well. However, I only ate delicious pilaf once in 7 days of rest, but I would like to eat every 2 days). I would like to thank the Physiotherapist Ulugbek Bakhtiyarovich for spinal stretching for his professionalism and sensitive, kind attitude to patients, as well as Muhiye-apa for her kindness and responsiveness. Thanks to the girls, thanks to them, the room was always clean and tidy. What I didn't like was that upon arrival they couldn't immediately put me in a room, although I booked a month in advance, we changed the room 3 times.I also want to note that it is not necessary to do duodenal probing. I was tortured for a long time with a syringe and air was passed here. The result is zero. After this procedure, I still have pains and sounds in my stomach. After the procedure, I was interested in who had previously undergone this procedure in the sanatorium, it turns out that several people passed and there was one grandfather without a result, he said why do this procedure if they could not do it, he was tortured for 2 hours and 3 women suffered. It is necessary to undergo medical training. the staff lacks practical skills.And so, in general, it's not bad the staff is polite and caring. I wish the medical staff of the Deputy Deputies success in their work and fruitful work!

Today is the last day of my 10-day stay at the sanatorium "Zangiota Zam-Zam". The sanatorium itself is located in a beautiful green place near Tashkent. Starting from the reception, where Mukhaye, who is sensitive to the requests of vacationers, sits, then the chief physician of the sanatorium Olimboy Mangitov, a very competent and friendly person, as well as the attending physiotherapist, an excellent specialist Ulugbek Khudoiberdiyev, everything suggests that professionals in their field work here. The massage therapist Shukhrat, all the nurses at the wellness procedures, especially Shakhnoza, Barno, the nurse Dilshat tried very hard to help everyone in the treatment.
There are also paid medical procedures, but there are enough free ones for recovery. Blood, urine, ultrasound of the kidneys and genitourinary system are performed for free. The sanatorium has its own wonderful mineral water, therapeutic mud is one of the best.
The food is very tasty and balanced. Chef Atabek tried to diversify the dishes. The portions are not small, there is a lot of meat, fruits, herbs, a variety of salads with a wonderful honey sauce, mousses are often prepared.
Thanks to the nurses and nurses, order and cleanliness are maintained, rooms are cleaned daily. There is a large wardrobe, a spacious refrigerator, air conditioning, bed linen is clean and changes every 5 days.
I recommend this sanatorium to everyone and I will come here to rest more than once.

Standard room accommodation is $ 35 per day- treatment (partially free, some types are paid..price in tenge from 3000, in soums 60 thousand soums one procedure)+meals on a single basis are pretty good with the appointment of different food tables according to need + accommodation! The rooms are clean, the bed is clean, they give out a bathrobe, towels (bath and facial + sheets for procedures separately). But the coolest thing is the silence and greenery, birds sing in different voices, nightingales, peacocks, cuckoos, thrushes, the territory is beautiful, every other day there is a disco or a concert of singers with dancing! It is located 13 km from the airport, from the sanatorium for $ 15 there is a transfer per car, it takes 15 minutes to drive, Tashkent is 20 km away, the sanatorium offers excursions to Samarkand and Tashkent for a fee. In general, you can write a lot and for a long time, I decided to go for the first time with my friends on the recommendation and I am grateful for it!
