No, everything spoils customer orientation, service and quality of service, it's a complete zero. I bought a large number of skirting boards and accessories for it. First, I turned to a bald older man for help, as I understand it, this is a security guard who was only interested in the availability of antique cars in your store. He doesn't care, he said choose for yourself. But okay, the crown won't fall off me. Then I asked for a trolley for transportation, since the skirting board is long, more than 2m and there is a lot of it, they offered me a small trolley, and most importantly, they said you need to give 50 kopecks. This is a big minus, so I had to carry everything from one end of the trading floor to the other, to the cash registers. The cashier asked me for a long time and persistently how many pieces did I take? Is it her responsibility to count it herself and punch the correct number? After me, the customer wanted to buy a rug, but the cashier could not identify it and said that the buyer would go back and look for a barcode or take a picture there, I quote: "some kind of price tag"!!!
And then when I packed it all, I listened to how bad it was to work here, there was no one to work, and that it was not royal this is a case, the authorities are dealing with the issue, but I did not hear what it was... Customers probably shouldn't hear this. In general, now at a time of service and quality of service, when any normal businessman is fighting for a buyer, this is not about that.
