I had an accident when I was a passenger in this company. The driver simply transferred us to another car, where they charged us FULL payment. The company did not respond in any way to compensation for moral and physical harm.
Every year since 2012, I have been traveling to Turkey at least once, I have an apartment here, I drive the whole family. And I even went to covid. I've been using 724 for all these years.
Last year in August, their transfer arrived before the appointed time, waited 1 minute (we then examined everything on video surveillance), the driver called me at WhatsApp, I said I was getting out - I was riding in the elevator. And he left. We all stayed outside and had to take a taxi. I tried to resolve the issue of a refund through support - nothing was returned to me. Naturally, I decided that I would never contact 724 again. It's hard to imagine a more piggish attitude.
This year we found their competitor, now I have ordered a transfer, let's see. Good by 724transfer! A year has passed since that moment, but I remember everything like today - a family of 3 people with a child, 6 a.m., a plane is ahead and we need to somehow get from Mahmutlar to Antalya.
If one of the 724 reads these reviews, the order number is 2059130 dated August 25, 2023. I can still get a refund for a trip you didn't make.
09/22/2024. we ordered a group transfer from Antalya airport to Alanya, everything went great, we didn't have to wait long, we went to the counter and 3 minutes later we went to the car. The car is fresh, the inside is clean. We drove through the terminals, picked up other passengers, and as a result, the cabin was completely filled with luggage in the aisle, which did not bother me at all. We drove for 1.5 hours, which we were very pleased with. Well, I think I'll order them on the way back. Here the pleasant ends. 10/22/24 the car arrives at 7:30, our composition and the amount of luggage does not change, the driver began to behave inappropriately, shouting that we would not be lucky because of the stroller (the stroller is small for the cabin). He demanded an additional payment of 500 lire for it, otherwise he allegedly was not going to risk if the police stopped us.
In the memo that they send when booking, it is written: "*Information. During the trip, you are entitled to 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on baggage per person in our shuttles in accordance with the standard of flight conditions*." In flight standards, a stroller is not luggage at all!!!!
There was a Russian-speaking girl with him who couldn't decide anything, but just shrugged her shoulders and put the responsibility on the driver. And they literally left us in the middle of the street with our belongings and small children. We have experienced the wildest stress! We barely found another car and arrived right next to the departure.
I advise you to look for another transfer, this one is very unreliable. There is no guarantee that you will get to an adequate driver. Think for yourself!
