The Service in Almaty IS TERRIBLE. Half of the order was not delivered!!!!!! And they took the payment for the full order!!!!!!!! They say you bought it for charity. And the fact that this is a charity for the benefit of it is not clear who, maybe an employee of the Watermelon Farm itself. not specified. The money was withdrawn from the freedom card. and they return it as to a card of any other bank. The Freedom ecosystem is just a fiction!! Don't believe the ads!!!!

If, for example, an order is late, they can read it the next day and stupidly ignore it. As for the refund, if you hit it every day, they may respond once a week requesting your data, and at one point they will simply stop responding, and it will not come to a refund.
