It's just a terrible place to live. The houses are built with wells. children are constantly screaming in the courtyards, there are a lot of them here. and steadily until one o'clock in the morning (!). where their parents are looking is not clear.

The contingent is a collective farm, in the summer I sleep with the window open, there is noise until one o'clock in the morning.
The only advantage is cheapness.
