On Wednesday, we agreed with agent Nadezhda to view the house in the village of Papernya on Saturday at 12 o'clock. Nadezhda confirmed this meeting and asked to come as early as possible.
Today is the viewing day and we called Nadezhda 15 minutes before the meeting that we were already approaching. Nadezhda replied that she had forgotten about us and left in the other direction. He won't be here for at least an hour. We agreed and said that we would wait outside the house in the Porch. After 20 minutes, Nadezhda called back and said that she would not come at all and would not be able to show the house.
The result: 80 kg of road in both directions + lost time.
I do not recommend Agent Nadezhda! You will lose your time and money.

It so happened that I had to buy a cottage through this agency for the first time. I must say that I always work with another agency, so there is something to compare it with, but in this situation I did not have to choose.
I must say that I refused to pay for the check, because I am not obliged. As a result, I was not provided with the data to check the object myself (a matter of principle along the way). A little later, the bills of the former owner turned out to be unpaid. At least the amount is 90 rubles. I really hope that no more surprises will come out.
In general, I have very bad impressions, although time has already passed. I don't even want to remember this deal. I will never contact this agency in my life and I will not advise anyone!
