I don't know why the store has such a low rating. I have the most positive emotions left! The range is excellent, there are very interesting models. I was going for a classic ring, and I chose it, trying on 10 different pieces, though. The consultant was very pleasant, calmly, kindly showed and told everything. The prices are adequate and of course very different, silver can generally be bought for a penny, gold with diamonds is certainly not for daily purchases. And I went to this store because I was hooked by an online review, I saw a cool ring on the website, and there was a button on the page to order an online review, they sent a video quickly enough, clarified the details, very convenient.

A month ago I bought gold chains (on my arm, around my neck)!
There was a chain on his arm, everything was OK... but there was no suitable weave on his neck. Everything was solved literally in a couple of hours (brought from another store) 🙂👍🏻

I bought a silver ring on 03/07/2024. A part of the structure fell out after 5-6 days, barely managed to propose to the girl, he was not taken out of the house and dressed twice (during the proposal and during the photo). It's a pity, because the staff is good and the ring is beautiful, but is it possible to sell such quality?
Naturally, I submitted it for examination and they wrote me a refusal.
I strongly do not recommend buying the products of this store, as you will not get any guarantees, help, or high-quality products. This is not the only chain of stores with such low quality that they do not want to admit.

We came to buy a gift for the child's anniversary.
We watched and measured gold chains.
Naturally, they chose a gold chain (the product was from the showcase). At first glance, there were no flaws, the links were thin (you couldn't see them without a magnifying glass).
We bought a box where to put the goods.
We paid, the seller packed everything beautifully.
It's been 2 weeks and my birthday has come.
We take out the gift, open the box in a strange way (as if it was stuck), the child is happy. We decided to hang the pendant, as we saw that one link was not of the correct shape, we found another one.
Of course, the next day to the store.
The seller accepted everything and said to wait 2 weeks.
The answer came ...
IT'S YOUR OWN FAULT!
HOUSEHOLD DIRT AND TRACES OF EXPLOITATION ARE ON THE PRODUCT (no one else measured this chain in the store except us before our purchase, and the child wore it with the manufacturer's seal and tag).
And the links bent themselves (and the fact that the seller packed the goods and could pack incorrectly, the same cannot be).
I RECOMMEND BYPASSING THIS STORE, BYPASSING IT, AND NOT ONLY IN THIS SHOPPING CENTER!!!
And the gift was left with a sediment on the heads of such companies who only unsubscribe according to the law, but do NOT see their flaws in the work!!!
