The best hotel! Many thanks to all the staff for their attention, kindness and professionalism!
The room is magnificent, very cozy and clean. The interior is homely, cozy, and pleasant. Absolutely everything has been thought out to the smallest detail. Good cosmetics, snow-white towels and bed linen. Ascona bed, good mattress. Special thanks for the shopping bag and beach towels -convenient))
Transfer from the airport and back in good cars with attentive drivers, I recommend.
A shuttle takes you to Gagra and back every hour - a beautiful minivan.
The breakfasts to choose from (you order the day before) are great. In general, the kitchen is great! Bravo!
We stopped by at night, we were offered dinner in the room in advance, we arrived - and dinner was waiting for us, and a welcome bottle of champagne. Upon departure, a mini gift))
Wi-fi throughout the territory catches perfectly!

The entire territory of the hotel is very well maintained and comfortable! Beautiful views, cicadas chirp in the evenings, birds sing in the morning -lovely, no city noise.

Care and home comfort from the first minute of your stay. A welcome glass of sparkling wine emphasizes a particularly individual attitude towards each guest. The restaurant, the presentation and quality of the dishes with which the chef fills an already wonderful mood with colors, leaves no doubt about the correctness of the choice made.
Spacious rooms with everything you need, a beautiful infinity pool and a view relax and at the same time immerse you in a state of complete peace.

The best hotel we've ever been to! There is absolutely everything for a luxurious holiday! Solid 5+! Impeccable breakfasts and dinners for every taste, clean rooms and a cool pool! Rooms are cleaned every day, they do not save on guests, everyone is very friendly, attentive and solve any issue as quickly as possible! You can endlessly list the pros and benefits, there are no cons! I recommend it 100%!
