I would like to give 5 stars for delicious desserts made from high-quality products. There are hospitable and friendly sellers and in general the cafe is getting better in terms of convenience. But I also came across unfriendly staff from the word at all, who did not want to serve you 30 minutes before closing and it is unclear why they turn off the lights and music when you are still drinking coffee. And the spinach cake was reduced at some point by almost 2 times in size for the same price.
The service was refused, citing employee fatigue.
I will spoil the "raspberry" of good reviews a little. When I lived in Mahmutlar the year before last, I regularly took desserts familiar to CIS citizens here. They are quite tasty, at least among the rest of Mahmutlar's coffee shops, but sometimes you could run into not the most gracious service.
But if I could forget about the lack of politeness and a smile, then yesterday's incident completely spoiled the attitude towards the staff of this cafe.
After returning to Mahmutlar on vacation, we came to drink coffee. One employee could not explain to us the composition of cold coffee drinks, in fact, she completely confused everything. The other one, who cooks them, left, saying, "I'm not here." We were told that she was tired and we needed to wait "half an hour for sure."
There were five other people in the coffee shop besides the three of us. If you get tired, you should resolve the issue of lunch breaks among yourself, and not pour it out on your customers.
All the best to the pastry chef, but because of the "customer orientation" of the employees, we will not return here anymore. Fortunately, new establishments with equally delicious cheesecakes, meringues and cheesecakes are opening in Mahmutlar.
