And recently I went to another proven service for another problem, they said that the amort is not the way it should be. I arrive at 7 auto with the expectation of a correct installation under warranty, I explain the situation, let's look, they immediately began to drive to that service, they say, what kind of masters are such to diagnose the problem) We looked at the car, then the phrase "well, there is a 2 cm deviation from the norm, it will not affect anything" (here, as if the question is, if there is a norm, then why is 2 cm deviation ok? Okay, let's say). Then the question "oh, and when we changed the amortisation, did we not do a convergence? no? And they didn't inform you? it must be done, otherwise your rubber is stuck on the inside, for a fee, of course." We shook the car, looked at "you will be charged 20 rubles for inspection and come to the collapse."
As a result, I went to my trusted service, where I was normally given an amort, where they send photos before \ after repairs, keep me informed and if they don't know something, they talk about it and advise a place where they can do it normally, and not scratch their heads and drive at competitors. I was looking for a place to change the clutch kit for a Toyota Corolla, I stopped at this place.The old 15-year-old clutch switched perfectly, it did not smell when driving, the only thing that the car was not picking up speed so quickly and nothing was buzzing anywhere.I bought a cheap set of Stelax installed for one hundred 350 rubles and a clutch of 220 rubles.As soon as I picked up the car, the shifts became very tight with foam every time I turned on the gears.I got home the day the machine was standing and, lo and behold, the next day the squeezer hummed.And of course, they blamed everything on poor grip and they don't have any guarantees for work and spare parts!!!and after paying for the order, they issued outfits without checks !!!demand receipts all the time.Okay, I already bought a BLUE PRINT clutch kit for 500 rubles and went back to them, they changed another 350 rubles. I didn't make the slightest discount on anything.I came to pick up the car a day later and lo and behold)the podshibnik buzzed again before it had even traveled a couple of km.He called the receptionist , he saw and heard and said to leave and did not give out any bumps .I left the car and a day later they called and said that they had lubricated the shaft, which should not be lubricated at all and I had to pay 175 rubles for removing the box .They said that they did not give any guarantee for the work or for my spare parts .The documents were issued with new checks on the last day .Therefore, I do not recommend this service station for clutch replacement and complex repairs.They say buy spare parts from us or original spare parts)))

Extremely dissatisfied. The staff of the service station constantly "change shoes", cannot give intelligible answers to questions, impose additional work. They are not competent, they cannot identify the sources of noise and malfunctions. The first thing they do is take care of the malfunctions they found, and not those ordered by the customer. The car stood in a hundred for a week, although it worked for two days at most. We did not fulfill the entire volume of the order, we had to go to another one after that. We did what was not agreed upon and tried to include it in the price of the order. A lot of wasted time. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. Don't set foot here anymore.
