Good afternoon! I want to leave a review-today 09.11.2024 celebrated my daughter's birthday, at first the truth was horrified by the interior and Natalia's communication in general, we always expect from these institutions-a favorable and comfortable environment, of course...But this is different:the furniture is old, there are no tables, everything would be able to change-I was shocked that there was no area for eating, etc., but then after all the repetitions, I agreed with Natalia that it was her daughter's birthday, that she needed to be given a choice as she wants!!!
And really children, and there were 13 of them, they were happy, everyone was delighted, so never make premature conclusions-like me!!! Children don't need your furniture, they need the atmosphere.
Then it was so cool for us that we didn't care about the furniture, I'll understand Natalia now-since she's alone, and all the dissatisfaction is with her.
The conclusion is this-do not look at the reviews, feel for yourself.
We liked everything!!! Natalia, take care of yourself and good customers..

A group of young people, heavily intoxicated, were resting next to us. The administration allowed it...
The price included a karaoke room, but they didn't let us in there because this company was burping in the hallway and in the room! We were given a microphone for the TV , which was constantly jamming !!!I had to call the police to get the complaint book. A very inadequate administrator !!!
