Cons: complete incompetence, deception, spoiled technique.
I took the air pods pro headphones there.
They said on the phone that they had already been repairing these models, but later it turned out that they had not.
For 2 weeks they were fed with promises that they were fixing, as a result, nothing was fixed. At the same time, the headphone case was completely disfigured. Fortunately, they did not take money for the "work".
