If it were possible to put a "negative" star, I would definitely put minus 5 stars. The staff did not provide all the information for the client. I consulted with a bank specialist on the issue of issuing a card to a child. They told the parents and the child with passports to be present at the reception. Upon receipt of the card, it turned out that a child's birth certificate was also required. A bank employee could immediately tell which documents are needed, and three people would not waste their time. I do not recommend this branch, and the Priorbank is no longer the same.
