The center itself is good. However, the abundance of various organizations inside sometimes gives a bad assessment. There is a driving school there, sometimes it is very noisy on all floors. You can't concentrate on working in another foreign office inside the building. On the floors, on the landing, they often smoke, it's hard to breathe.
The security staff are friendly and kind people.
