They expose themselves to some kind of wholesaler whose prices are lower than all, in fact, this is bullshit, believe me!In a cubicle measuring 2 by 2 meters, which does not even have a roof, there can be no service, etc. - they also call themselves a salon)) this is not a salon, but 3 cardboard walls) The attitude to the client would be to sell and cheat! There are places in Petropavlovsk where the prices are decent and the service is much better!
