I didn't expect this from this store.
3 out of 4 times, the flowers died on the second day. I would like to tell you about the last case.
I bought a bouquet of 25 tulips — they looked fine on the outside, but upon closer inspection of the house I found four completely rotted flowers (photo attached). The rest began to fall on the second day, after two previous orders, where the flowers died on the second day, there is no trust in the freshness of the bouquet. Although the bouquet was not bad at the first purchase in this flower shop.
The problem is not in a single case, but in the system quality. I got lucky the first time, and then it was like a lottery: who will be more disappointed, me or the other half. Even for that kind of money, you want to get consistently fresh flowers, and not hope for luck.
The store should review the conditions of storage and delivery, as well as the rotation of flowers. I'm not ready to recommend it yet.

It's not the first time I've taken flowers here. They are always fresh and last a long time, the florists are always very kind and helpful. Now I only buy flowers here.
